How to request account deletion
You can delete your DelayFree account in either of these ways:
In the app
- Sign in to your DelayFree account.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Enter your password to confirm the request.
- Submit your request.
On the web
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing privacy@delayfree.com from the email address linked to your DelayFree account with the subject line:

Please include:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Your registered phone number
- Whether the account is a Customer, Rider, or Partner account
We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.
What will be deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, DelayFree will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including as applicable:
- Profile information
- Saved addresses
- Wallet profile information
- In-app account records
- Delivery history not required for legal or operational retention
- In-app support and communication records where deletion is permitted
What we may retain
DelayFree may retain limited data where required for:
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Tax, accounting, and audit obligations
- Fraud prevention and security investigations
- Dispute resolution and enforcement of our legal rights
Examples of retained data may include transaction records, payment references, certain KYC records, and limited delivery or location logs where retention is required by law or legitimate operational need.
Retention periods
Where retention is required:
- Transaction and financial records may be retained for up to 7 years
- Rider KYC records may be retained for up to 5 years after the relationship ends
- Delivery and GPS logs may be retained for up to 12 months, or longer where required for disputes, investigations, or legal obligations
Processing timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time after identity verification and review of any legal retention requirements.
